Page 1 of 10 INTRODUCTION INTERPRETATION 'HCDC' means, Harari Community Development Center. 'ORGANIZATION' means, a group of people organized/united for a particular purpose. A structure through which individuals cooperate systematically to conduct business. 'CORPORATION' means, an organization of Harari Community Development Center. 'BOARD' means, the elected body of HCDC, The Board of Directors composed of six individuals. "DIRECTORS" means, The Board of Directors of HCDC. 'OFFICERS' means, the elected body of HCDC, The Executive Committee composed of five individuals. 'ACTIVE MEMBER' means, a member who openly acknowledged or expressed his/her commitment to HCDC. A member who has joined and takes an active interest in corporate operation, play active role, and engaged in activity of HCDC as set out in Article 5, sec. 5.01 under Membership. 'REGULAR MEMBER' means, Any Harari who generally supports the objectives of HCDC as set out in Article 5, sec. 5.02 under Membership. 'HONORARY MEMBER' means, An Active Member or A Group of Active Members who gave distinguished service or support to HCDC as set out in Article 5, sec. 5.03 under Membership. INTRODUCTION HCDC INTERNAL BY-LAW IS INTENDED TO BE APPLIED ON DECISION-MAKING AND MANAGEMENT PROCESS FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND THE CENTER, SO THAT ALL MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS RESPECT AND FELLOW THE RULES AND REGULATION SET FORTH BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, AND APPROVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY. |
