Amana Kids needs your help.
Amana Kids is an orphanage in Harar which depended mainly on funding from donations. Lately, donations have fallen short and they are worried that they will have to remove some of the kids from the program. They have 22 children in the program. They buy them food, send them to school, and watch out for their general welfare.
These are children who have no parents, and would otherwise been handed over to missionary organizations.

Amana kid’s orphanage was the founded by the efforts of volunteers from the city of Harar, who could not turn away from a tragedy unfolding before their eyes. In 1995, there were five kids who lost parents in one of the public hospitals in Harar. After observing this tragedy, volunteers decided to take the initiative and alleviate the sad plight of the extremely disadvantaged children. Unable to turn them back to the silent cries and despair, they resolved to get involved and make a real difference. They organized group of committed friends, individuals and set in motion the beginnings of Amana kid’s orphanage organization.
For the sake of this child and others like him, they started Amana Kids Orphanage. Surely there are generous donors in the community who would hear the call of these children and provide for these children.
It only costs US$35 per month to sponsor a child.
